Former Indian cricketer turned commentator Sanjay Manjrekar takes a dig at Harsha Bhogle saying “Quite amused Harsha retweeted that the current IPL commentary team is like a pizza without toppings.” Harsha was sacked by BCCI for an unknown reason. Harsha later deleted his tongue in cheek tweet on IPL commentary team.

Harsha was supported by Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan

But speculations are going on in the media that either senior players or tweets by legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan could have been a reason behind Harsha’s sacking. Alongside this, it was known that Harsha had a heated argument with Vidarbha Cricket Association officials in the opening match of the World T20. So that maybe the reason.

Harsha has been India’s most known cricket commentator and loved by cricket fans across the world. After his sacking, Indian Premier League fans are treated to the commentary of Navojit Singh Sidhu, Ramiz Raza, and Sanjay Manjrekar.

Harsha, who is famous for his witty observation on the tame, believes he is a storyteller of the game. His commentary always makes watching cricket a better experience. But there are some people who believe being an Indian commentator you always have to praise Indian players whatever the situations of the match. Amitabh Bachchan criticized him without naming him on twitter after India’s victory against Bangladesh from the jaws of defeat in the WT20. Everybody has seen that India won the match because Bangladesh batsmen’s mistakes more than Hardik Pandya’s bowling, Ravindra Jadeja’s catch, and Dhoni’s brilliant run out of Mustafizur Rahman. If Mahmadullah and Mushfiqur Rahim decided to finish the match in singles, Bangladesh could have upset India.

Now after Manjrekar’s tweet cricket fans on twitter pounced on Mumbaikar.
