India and Bangladesh are scheduled with the first T20I match in Arun Jaitley stadium, Delhi. The factor which is affecting the most is the air quality of Delhi. South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), Gyanesh Bharti, along with other officials will conduct an inspection at the venue on Saturday (2nd November).
In Delhi, some places have been marked in the emergency category. The stadium is also covered with the blanket of smog. The inspection will be done to check the precautions done to hinder the air pollution in the ground.
Bangladeshi players were also seen wearing the mask while practising in the ground. The head coach Russell Domingo was also facing problem in breathing, as per sources. Players were also facing the problem to see the ball. But the match will be played under floodlight and it is expected that there might be no problem.

BCCI was being criticised for not changing the venue after seeing the quality of air. Newly appointed BCCI’s president Sourav Ganguly expressed that it was difficult to arrange the venue in a short period.
It is to be seen that players are getting ready for playing the series without concerning Delhi atmosphere. Bangladesh is set to play the three-match T20I series and two-match Test series. The visitors have not won a T20I match against India. Also, the visitors are touring without their most experienced players so it will be interesting to see whether they will win this time.
Virat Kohli is not present in the T20I series
India is also not playing with the regular captain Virat Kohli as he has been given rest. Rohit Sharma is handed over the duty to lead the team in T20I series. Virat Kohli will play the Test series which is set to start from 14th November.
