Former Australian spin wizard Shane Warne’s autobiography will hit the stands in October this year. Fans can now get a sneak-peak into the personal life of one of the most controversial cricketers. Meanwhile, Warne’s lifestyle was always the talk of the town during his playing days. The book is certain to make waves.

Warne is regarded as the best leg-spinner to embrace the game. Thus, the Australian legend took 708 wickets in the red ball version.

Shane Warne’s autobiography will come on October 4.

Subsequently, Ebury Press on Monday announced that Warne’s memoir “No Spin” will have a global release on October 4.

“No Spin” is the true story behind the headlines, in Warne’s own voice, and challenges some of the enduring myths and untruths that surround him. Uncompromising and compelling, it is destined to rank alongside some of the greatest sports autobiographies ever”, the publisher said.

In fact, Warne was highly successful against Australia’s arch-rivals England in the Ashes. However, Englishmen have always loved to witness Warnie’s antics.

Andrew Goodfellow, deputy publisher at Ebury, said, “Despite all the pain he’s inflicted on us over the years Shane Warne is still one of the most admired and celebrated cricketers to a British audience”.

The memoir is written with former cricketer and now TV presenter Mark Nicholas. The tweaker took more than 1000 international wickets. Meanwhile, Warne played his first Test for Australia back in 1992 and went on to establish himself in the cricketing circuit.
In fact, the leggie played in the IPL too and led his side Rajasthan Royals to title triumph in the inaugural edition of the league. Clearly, the fans will want to grab a copy of the autobiography.
