The coronavirus has forced cricketers to stay behind the close doors for an uncertain period. With no match is lined up, the players are interacting with their fans through social media. Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan also started a question and answer chat with fans on Instagram.
As the cricketers are not busy, they have time to answer the questions of their fans. Answering the question to the fan, Shikhar revealed his childhood cricket hero. He picked four cricketers whom he followed from childhood. Legendary cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Andrew Flower and Matthew Hayden are on the list of the Indian opener’s childhood heroes.

Amid the lockdown, Shikhar is entertaining the fans with funny videos with his wife Aesha Dhawan. Earlier, the cricketer shared the video of him doing house chores while his wife was busy chatting on his phone. The funny short clip went viral and also many other cricketers commented on his post and enjoyed it.
The cricketers haven’t played a match for about a month and there are chances that they will have to wait for a longer period to get things normal.
The case of the coronavirus in India is increasing at a rapid speed. The deadly virus has taken the lives of over 200 people and affected more than 6,700 people in India. Thus, to further curb the spread of the virus, the cricketers will have to sit for a longer period in their house.
Also, the IPL 2020, which has been postponed till 15th April, was an important tournament for Shikhar Dhawan to prove his skills. But while the conditions are getting more deteriorated, the IPL 2020 will be postponed further.
At present, Dhawan has a tough competition with KL Rahul for the opening position. In the absence of Dhawan, Rahul impressed the team management with his performance.
