Rinku Singh has had a stunning campaign in the recently-concluded season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The left-handed batsman finally announced his arrival in the IPL by finishing the season as one of the best batsmen.
His finishing ability drew praise from all over as Rinku Singh constantly delivered for Kolkata Knight Riders. He was one of the very few positives in an otherwise yet another poor season for Kolkata Knight Riders. Backed by the Kolkata-based outfit since 2018, the southpaw finally justified the immense faith shown in him by the franchise.
Very few batsmen made an impact as big as Rinku Singh did in IPL 2023. He snatched victories from the jaws of defeat for his side on a number of occasions. His achievement of hitting 5 straight sixes in the 20th over to power KKR to a miraculous win over Gujarat Titans is one of the greatest T20 knocks.
Rinku eventually finished the season with 474 runs – the most in IPL history by a batter coming in at No. 5 or below. He maintained an average of 59.25 and a strike-rate of almost 150 as he scored 4 fifties. Unfortunately for Rinku, KKR could not make it to the playoffs despite his best efforts.

Days after impressing everyone with his batting exploits on the field, Rinku Singh recently surprised his fans by posting pictures of his toned body. After the end of IPL 2023, Rinku went to Maldives to enjoy a much-needed break and made sure to keep his fans updated.
Unsurprisingly, the photos drew hundreds of comments but the one that has caught everyone’s attention is from Shahneel Gill, sister of Rinku’s former teammate and India star Shubman Gill. Impressed with Rinku’s photos, Shahneel Gill commented: “Oo heroo.”
