Sourav Ganguly feels Jagmohan Dalmiya will fulfill all expectations as BCCI President
The former captain of the Indian cricket team, Sourav Ganguly said on Tuesday hailed the return of the former ICC President, Jagmohan Dalmiya as the President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Sourav also mentioned of the fact that the seasoned cricket administrator will fulfil all the expectations required for the further development and optimized management of Cricket in the country.
Ganguly said that he (Dalmiya) knows things way better than anybody else and thus he will surely do all the right things rightly. And in the process, he will surely fulfil all the expectations.
Also, there were reports that said that Dalmiya had a desire for Ganguly to lead the BCCI technical committee but the former Indian Captain refused to comment anything on that particular topic.
However, the former captain did mention of the fact that he will surely consider it when it comes.
Also, due to the fact that Dalmiya is the new President of BCCI, speculations have arisen of the fact that Eden Gardens will get much more number of matches from now on. Also, it is expected by the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) to host the final of the ICC World T20 in the next year. The ICC World T20, 2016 will be hosted by India in September-October of that particular year.
An official of the Cricket Association of Bengal said that they expect to get big matches for the next World Cup and that even includes a bid for the final respectively. He also added of the fact that the first Working Committee meeting of the Board after the election of new office bearers may be held in the third week of this month in Kolkata itself.
It is expected that India flourishes much more in the international level under the reign of Mr. Jagmohan Dalmiya as the President of the BCCI.
