2. Mohammad Shahzad:
Shehzad enjoyed a very productive year with the willow and is the second highest run-scorer this year only behind Indian batting star Virat Kohli. The Afghanistan wicket-keeper-batsman scored a century in only the second match he played this year, when he hit a brilliant 118* against Zimbabwe. His prolific form continued in the World T20 too where he scored 222 runs in seven matches to help his team qualify for the main draw of the tournament.
