9. Imad Wasim:
The Pakistani all-rounder is fast making a name for himself at the international stage. He took 21 wickets in 15 matches in 2016, including the 5/14 against the West Indies in September. He finished the three-match series as the leading wicket-taker with nine scalps that saw him break into the top 5 of ICC T20 Bowlers’ rankings for the first time. He can also hit some lusty blows towards the end of the innings.
