Afghanistan has put up some resilient performances since being promoted to play at the top level and it was certainly the case at Nagpur when they played against the West Indies in a low-scoring thriller.
Afghanistan batted first and scored a paltry 123, but the pitch was deteriorating which meant that the minnows had spinners who did most damage to upstage the West Indies by six runs.
