The Story
Team India kicked off their tour of Sri Lanka with a resounding victory of 304 runs in the opening Test of the 3-match series at the Galle International Stadium. The massive win not only gave a 1-0 lead in the series, it has also dented the injury – hit opposition’s morale big time.
Indian team has been in a relaxed space since the win. The side celebrated the moment with a session of FIFA as soon as the presentation was over. There are no questions about any sort of pressure or expectation on them after proving their dominance.

The Return of KL RAHUL
Emerging Test opener KL Rahul has had a very poor 2017 so far, not because of his run scoring abilities but due to injuries and bad health.
He last played in whites during the Border-Gavaskar series in March and was ruled out of active cricket due to the shoulder injury. The injury required three-month long recovery period and was slated to India’s Tour of Sri Lanka.
The Karnataka star recovered on time and joined the team for the tour before a bout of fever forced him to skip the first Test match. As of now, Rahul is fully fit and may turn out as the opener in the second Test, replacing Abhinav Mukund.
After a dull time popping medicines, Rahul is currently making most of the rest time in the country which is one of the most sought after vacation destinations in the world.
He was seen chilling with his captain Virat Kohli by the pool side. The skipper posted a picture on his Twitter account and the followers were delighted to see Rahul completely fit and relaxed.
