Sri Lanka will look to end the series on a high.
Sri Lanka is going through a rough patch and the last match much have added some confidence. On the other hand, South Africa will aim to end the series on a high.
Meanwhile, it was a much better batting performance from the hosts. They were able to race to 306 in 39 overs with good knocks from Kusal Perera, Thisara Perera and Dasun Shanaka. In fact, Dasun Shanaka batted in the topmost gear getting 65 off just 34 balls.
However, Sri Lanka bowling was once again disappointing but they somehow managed to get over the line. Suranga Lakmal was able to take three scalps, however, he was on the expensive side.
On the other hand, Proteas batsmen didn’t get off to consistent start. Furthermore, the absence of Faf du Plessis and Kagiso Rabada was clearly palpable. However, it is a good opportunity for Junior Dala and Lungi Ngidi to make the most of their chances.
South Africa will aim to continue their domination over the depleted Sri Lankan.
