5. Chappell-Hadlee Trophy, New Zealand (2007) – 1669 runs:
The three-match series started with a very low-scoring affair. New Zealand had bowled out the Aussies for a paltry 148 and chased down the total with utmost ease. But the world champions bounced back in style in the next game as they scored 336.
However, the Kiwis got the better off them again as they chased down the huge score with eight balls remaining and winning the series in the process. The storyline did not change in the final match either as New Zealand once again defeated Australia to inflict a humiliating whitewash on the visitors. The series witnessed four 300-plus totals as both the teams scored a combined of 1669 runs.

3rd ODI: New Zealand v Australia at Hamilton – Feb 20, 2007:
New Zealand 350 for 9 (Craig McMillan 117, Brendon McCullum 86*, Fulton 51) beat Australia 346 for 5 (Mathew Hayden 181*, Shane Watson 68) by 1 wicket.
