Former South African bowling all-rounder Shaun Pollock, who is not the surprise element in the list, has further played a significant role with the willow for the Proteas in the 50-over format at the No. eight position after making his ODI debut in 1996 against England at the Cape Town.
Coming to bat, late down the order, Pollock scored 3,519 runs in 205 innings of 303 ODIs, as he remained not out for 72 times which further saw his batting average of 26.45.
The 44-year-old Cape Province-born Pollock has also a century to his name and 14 fifties.
