4. 370 – Murali Vijay and Cheteshwar Pujara:
Replying to Australia’s first innings total of 237 in the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar series 2013, India started poorly when they lost Virender Sehwag with only 17 on the board. But then Murali Vijay and Cheteshwar added 370 runs for the second wicket to help India take command of the match. Vijay scored 167 while Pujara 204. India scored 503 runs in their first innings and eventually won the match by an innings and 135 runs.
