Former Newzealand cricketer Brendon McCullum who is the coach of Trinbago Knight Riders in the CPL and Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL revealed the details about Sunil Narine missing the matches which previously wasn’t let out.
The West Indies all-rounder will continue to play the remaining matches in the CPL and is already back in training. He will also be seen in action in the IPL 2020 for Kolkata Knight Riders under the same coach Brendon McCullum.

Brendon McCullum Reveals Sunil Narine’s strange injury
Trinbago Knight Riders’ head coach McCullum revealed Sunil Narine had his kidney stones removed and he is good now. The coach told Narine had joined training back with the squad.
“He’s good, he had a bit of an issue, a strange injury actually – kidney stones and he had them removed the other day,” McCullum revealed.

“He has been good, ever since he had them taken out he has been great. He played football yesterday, which he loves. We saw him really get up for that as well. He’s determined for a big performance today, hopefully we see the best of him. Brendon McCullum told.
The all-rounder featured in Trinbago’s match against Jamaica Tallawahs yesterday Narine opened the batting for Knight Riders and smashed 29 off 11 with five fours and a six. He also bowled his 4 overs giving away 23 runs and took a wicket.
KKR start training in UAE
KKR’s squad with players from Indian and few foreign players have already reached the venue for IPL this term which is UAE. They have completed the mandatory quarantine and have begun training. The Kolkata based side will be led by Dinesh Karthik.

KKR are staying at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. The area of the hotel is spread across 57 acres and KKR have booked the entire hotel complying to the BCCI norms. The IPL 2020 will begin from September 19 till November 10, a total 53-day campaign will see all the 8 teams play in UAE.
