4. Introduction of Women’s Test Cricket (December 28, 1934)

On December 28, 1934, first ever women’s international Test was played between England and Australia in Brisbane. The hosts however were dismissed for just 47 as Myrtle Maclagan of England took 7 for 10. The visitors won the match convincingly by nine wickets.
