Winning the IPL trophy after a period of one year was again something to celebrate for him as after this tournament he was recalled to the Indian team for Zimbabwe voyage. This win was very special as at one stage Mumbai team was on the verge of being eliminated from the first stage only but they turned the things around for themselves and went onto to win the IPL cup again. Bhajji again played the role of senior player and grabbed 18 wickets in the tournament.
