1. MS Dhoni wins World Cup T20
MS Dhoni made a grand start as the leader of the Indian team winning the inaugural season of the ICC World T20. The selectors chose a very young side under the leadership of Dhoni, and nothing much was expected out of the team.
But Dhoni and his boys created history in South Africa winning the trophy beating Pakistan in an exciting clash against Pakistan. Soon after, he took over reins in all the formats and the cricketing world saw one of the best skippers to have played the game of cricket.
