According to the records, the youngest international cricketer ever to play was Meet Bhavsar. The Kuwait wicketkeeper-batsman made his T20I debut on 20th January 2019 at the age of 14 years and 211 days when they faced the Maldives at Al Amerat. Before him, the previous record-holder was the Pakistan cricketer Raza Hasan who made his Test debut at the age of 14 years 227 days. In October 1996, Raza made his international debut against Zimbabwe in Faisalabad Test.
