Under Trevor Bayliss, England cricket has ruled the roost following the 2015 World Cup debacle. With England 2019 World Cup favourites, despite their back-to-back losses, head coach Bayliss looks pretty adamant in approach.
Bayliss has done an incredible job for the Three Lions. He has also witnessed Sri Lanka making it to the finals in 2007 before ending up as runners-up in 2011 at Wankhede by losing the finale against India.
Also, he holds a Big Bash League (BBL) title while guiding Sydney Sixers to their maiden title win in 2010. Also, he has an experience of serving as a coach in the Indian Premier League (IPL) where he served Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
