Indian skipper and batting mainstay Virat Kohli tastes the considerable success after equaling the record of Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s nine consecutive wins owing to the spectacular performances from Team India.
Interestingly, in particular against Australia in the ongoing five-match One-day International series, the Men in Blue are leading with an unassailable lead of 3-0 with two ODIs to go in Bengaluru and Nagpur on September 28 and October 1 respectively.

Kohli took to Instagram and posted his photograph in a half-sleep mode to entertain his die-hard fans.
His photo-blogging post received 956.8k likes and 6,407 comments while filing this report.
The captain with the photograph read as: “Love doing these sleeping/waking up shots, my absolute favorite!.” with the hash tag of ‘sleepy head’ and ‘sleep aid’.
Kohli was referring to the photos being clicked during the commercial shoot, as he has further shown the liking for learning the niceties while being away from the field.
With such pure aggression and control, Kohli has won many hearts apart from the cricketing world.
In the Indore ODI, Kohli promoted all-rounder Hardik Pandya up the order, as latter went on to score 78 off 72 deliveries.
The 23-year-old Gujarat-born seam-bowling all-rounder was adjudged Man of the match after smashing five boundaries and four maximums at Indore’s Holkar Stadium which was a feather-bed for the batsmen.
Kohli is solely relying on to achieve many feats in his stellar career in the top-flight cricket, as he is now leading the side ranked World No. 1 in Tests and ODIs respectively.
Kohli have had also faced the terrible occasion while batting; owing to the occasional blip. However, the fans breathed easy to see their favourite star Kohli taking charge right from the word go when gloveman Dhoni relinquished from the limited-overs’ captaincy earlier this year.
