Muttiah Muralitharan was leading spinner in the world who played for Sri Lanka, Asia and ICC XI. He started his international cricket carrier in 1992 and retired in 2011. In his international carrier he played 133 test matches and 350 One day internationals. Overall he played 495 matches in international cricket. He took 1347 wickets overall, picking 5 wickets 77 times and 10 wickets 22 times. In test matches he picked 800 wickets, followed by 534 wickets in One day internationals. His best figures in international cricket were 9/51. He bowled in 583 innings, giving runs at economy of 2.92 runs per over.
