One of the greatest Test player of all time, Brian Lara captained West Indies between 1997 and 2006. Leading his side in 47 Tests, he scored 4685 runs at an outstanding average of over 57. His highest score as captain is 400 which is still the highest individual score in Test cricket. He scored 14 centuries and 19 half-centuries as captain.
