  1. Dale SteynTop 10 masters of reverse swing in the cricketing history 1

Dale Steyn has been arguably the best fast bowler in the world for the last seven to eight years in a row. He still averages more than five wickets every Test match and has been the biggest match winner for South Africa in Test cricket.  His dangerous outswing has troubled almost every batsmen in the world cricket.

Steyn makes the ball move very late in the air, and it gives a batsman very less time to make the adjustment to hit the ball. His exploits in Nagpur against India in 2010 left everyone stunned. Steyn’s spell of 3.4-2-3-5 blew everything away in its sight.

During the 2nd Test between South Africa and Australia in February, 2015, Steyn dismissed Michael Clarke, Steve Smith and Brad Haddin for 1, 0 and 1 in one of the great spells of reverse swing bowling seen in recent times before finishing with figures of 4/55.

He has already taken more than 400 wickets in Tests and, having added another bow to his repertoire, is poised to take a lot many more in the coming years.
