4. Curtly Ambrose (West Indies) – 6′ 7″
He is the second West Indian in this list. This right-arm pacer was one of the deadliest bowlers of his era. He along with his partner in crime Courtney Walsh would rain havoc on the batsmen. His colossal height was a threatening sight for any batsman and although his pace fell away due to age, he still bowled excellent line and length. Due to his height, he could extract a lot of bounce from any pitch. He is also among the tallest cricketers in the world.
