Virat Kohli follows a strict routine, a combination of both weights and cardio exercises with five day workout and two days rest. He does not smoke or drink. His workouts also include playing games as well, staying hydrated is another requirement. India’s fitness coach Shanker Basu has revealed recently that Virat Kohli wants to become the best athlete in the world. Kohli is one of the fittest cricketers in the country and has been working really hard to achieve it.
