After replacing Mike Hesson, Gary Stead took the responsibility of the team very well. He has played only 5 Test matches for the national team but was regular in domestic cricket. After he finished playing, he took up coaching and successfully managed the duty. He was first the coach of New Zealand Women’s team and then in 2018 was appointed for men’s team.
For his job, he is paid Rs 1.73 crores which makes Stead the fourth highest-paid cricket coaches in the world.
