#2. Kumar Dharmasena- 3.19

Quite a surprise!! Kumar Dharmasena has never managed to come out of the shadow of Upul Chandana and Muttiah Muralidharan as he eventually bowed out of the game as a player in 2004.

Having debuted in 1993, Dharmasena was an all-rounder in the side but have never managed to make a big impact in one category as he was a decent batsman and a decent bowler. He has represented Sri Lanka in over 100 ODIs and 30 tests.

Dharmasena, who is currently one of the elite ICC umpires, had an economy rate of just 3.19 in his 36 overs in Champions Trophy.
