Matches without any controversy between India and Pakistan is like life without any heartbeat. India and Pakistan have always shared a great rivalry on the field. No team likes to give a sniff to each other and tries to bring their best to the table. Thus, the players always like give 120% on the field. Javed Miandad and Kiran More.
India and Pakistan met for the first time in the World Cup match in 1992. Thus, there was a different aura to the whole match. Meanwhile, Javed Miandad was irritated by over appeal of Kiran More. The legendary Pakistan batsman stopped Sachin Tendulkar in the mid of his run-up to having a chat with More. Miandad also complained to umpire David Shepherd that the Indian gloveman is unnecessarily over-excited.
Miandad tried to steal a run on the next ball, however, he was sent back by his partner. More took the throw by getting off his feet after Miandad made his way back into the crease. The right-handed batsman then went on to mock the Indian wicketkeeper as he jumped three times on his feet. However, India went on to win by 43 runs.

Aamir Sohail and Venkatesh Prasad
Aamir Sohail was in fine form in the quarterfinal clash against India. In fact, the Men in Green were sailing through at 109-1 before the southpaw decided to have an inessential argument with Ventakesh Prasad. The left-hander smashed a boundary towards the deep square area and indicated to Prasad that he will once again hit him at the same place.
Sohail once again tried to repeat his previous shot, however, Prasad was up to the challenge as he kept the ball straight. The Pakistan opener missed the connection and his woodwork was disturbed. Prasad was exuberant after dismissing Sohail and gave him the perfect send-off.

Shahid Afridi and Gautam Gambhir
Things got heated up between Shahid Afridi and Gautam Gambhir in the third ODI at Kanpur in 2007. Gambhir smashed the leg-spinner towards the long-on boundary and gave him his piece of mind. On the next ball, Gambhir tried to run a quick single, however, he ran into Shahid Afridi.
Gambhir completed his single and both the players showered abuses on each other. The umpire then had to intervene to the stop the heated argument.
Gautam Gambhir always liked taking the bull by its horns and played his cricket in a hard way.

Shoaib Akhtar vs Rahul Dravid
Rahul Dravid is the not the name you generally associate with the controversies. However, Rahul Dravid was involved in the war of words with Pakistan’s fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar.
Dravid hit the ball towards the square boundary and came back for the second run. However, Dravid collided with Akhtar while turning back for the second run. Akhtar said a few words to the Wall and the Indian right-hander also responded by going back at him. The calm and composed Inzamam Ul Hag intervene in between to not let the situation slip out of hand. Unsurprisingly, Akhtar next ball was a short one and he stared hard into Dravid eyes.

Harbhajan Singh vs Shoaib Akhtar, 2010
Shoaib Akhtar once again initiated a verbal battle, this time against Harbhajan Singh. It was Asia Cup fixture in 2010 when Shoaib Akhtar decided to get under the skin of Harbhajan Singh. Rawalpindi Express bowled a dot ball against Bhajji leaving India seven to get of the final over.
Akhtar tempted the Turbanator into a verbal contest when Bhajji could not connect. However, the off-spinner was able to find the right connection when it mattered the most. Three runs were required off two balls and Harbhajan smashed a massive six off Mohammad Amir to take India over the line. Consequently, Harbhajan Singh roared like the king of the jungle and gave it back to Shoaib Akhtar.
