The third umpire doubt – The fourth day was struck with a little bit controversy as in one off the over bowled by Umesh Yadav, Samuels nicked one to the wicket-keeper Wriddhiman Saha who claimed the catch. The on-field umpire Ian Gould and Aleem Dar referred the decision to the third umpire who after looking few close looks announced that the batsman was safe. Controversy erupted because Captain Kohli and head coach Anil Kumble were not satisfied with the decision made. Kumble from balcony signalled the team that batsman is out but the third umpire was not convinced. This was the reason for controversy and soon after this, we saw Captain Kohli having long chat with umpire followed by another chat with the coach during the drinks break. Kohli seemed to be unhappy with the decision made by the TV umpire. He registered his dissatisfaction with the decision.
