The former Windies skipper was one of the best of his era. He stands at fourth position in the list with an aggregate of 1225 runs in 33 innings of his season. Famous as one of the most stylish players of the game, Lara captained the West Indies in the 2003 and 2007 World Cup.

With a strike rate of 86.27 at an average of 42.24, Lara had scored two hundred in World Cup history and seven fifties. His highest score was 116 in the ODI showpiece.
