3. Delhi:
The capital of the country is also one of the top talent producing regions of the country with the likes of Virender Sehwag, Shikhar Dhawan, Gautam Gambhir and current captain Virat Kohli emerging from it. In fact, a few years ago, almost half of the playing eleven of the team was built by the Delhi players – Sehwag, Gambhir, Kohli, Ishant Sharma and Ashish Nehra.
Despite being one of the smallest regions of the country, Delhi has given India 22 players who have played ODIs.
