- Jim Laker – 19/90
Many players hold great records in Test cricket. But only some performance appeals and defines as the best one. Jim Laker created history when he took 19 wickets in a Test match, including all 10 wickets in an innings against Australia at Old Trafford. That match was known to be “Laker’s match”. Arguably, this was the most dominant spell, the bowler ever had. Anil Kumble is the only other bowler in the history of Test cricket to claim 10 wickets in an innings.
