The Australian cricket team made a big turnaround in the ODI series as they went onto win the ODI series by a margin of 4-1. The fortune of this team took a turn after Smith decided to leave the team mid-way. The new captain David Warner led the team from the front winning the series for Australia. He batted beautifully in the last game scoring a brilliant century for the win. Australian team chased the target of 196 to seal the final ODI by a margin of 6 wickets.
