The spectacular Adelaide Oval was a witness to another historic achievement in the game. The first day of the first ever Day and Night test was a heartwarming affair, as the Kiwis and the Australians battled it out, in the whites, but under the lights. The much debated pink ball performed well, and, fortunately, there were no reasons to worry. Australia ended the first day in a position of dominance, as they bowled out New Zealand for just 202. The hosts finished the day at 50-2.
People took to Twitter in order to express their views about the historic game and below are some of the tweets.
