The Sri Lankan all-rounder Tillakaratne Dilshan has bid a good bye to international cricket after serving his country for almost 17 years. During this incredible journey, Dilshan emerged as one of the best all rounder and most trusted opening batsman for Sri Lanka. In a career stretching for 17 years. Dilshan played 87 Test matches, 330 ODI’s and 80 T20I’s. Losing the finals of 2007 and 2011 World Cup was probably the biggest heartbreak for him. The T20 world cup win might have healed that pain.
