Rahul Chahar – The leggie from the state of Rajasthan has already made it to IPL this season riding on his show in junior cricket. In England as well, he shone for the junior team on the tour and pouched a total of 12 wickets. He also made it to the Board President’s XI’s side but an injury ruled him out of the contest. Karn Sharma replaced him in the side.
Chahar has just switched his base from Rajasthan to Services before the start of the season but is yet to play any game, probably due to the injury. The injury has come to him at a wrong time as first he missed the game against full-strength New Zealand side followed by Ranji Trophy and Asia Cup as well.
