Pakistan pacer Ihsanullah has sent a warning message to Indian pacer Umran Malik that he will try to bowl faster than his record 157 kph delivery and will try to go past the 160 kph in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL 2023).
Ihsanullah, 20, made his PSL debut for the Multan Sultans and made quite an impression picking 5/12 which included the pried wicket of opposition captain Sarfaraz Ahmed as well. The quick recorded speeds of 150kph+ during his first over of the match and bowled quick and regularly across his four overs.
Following the game, former Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq – who was also part of the interim selection committee that picked Ihsanullah in the squad for New Zealand Tests – made a huge claim on the pacer. The former all-rounder said that Ihsanullah has the potential to break the 160kph barrier.

Umran Malik had recorded 157kph, I will try to break his record. I will be aiming for the 160kph mark),” Ihsanullah said.
Ihsanullah has picked 12 wickets in four matches so far in the PSL, the most so far in this edition of the tournament.
