It seems English all-rounder Ben Stokes is still not over the altercations that took place between his team and Bangladesh during the second One-Day International of the recently concluded series.
The ill-tempered match reached its boiling point when England skipper Jos Buttler was given a verbal send-off by the Bangladesh fielders after being dismissed for 57. The matters deteriorated after the end of the match when Stokes and Bangladeshi opener Tamim Iqbal were involved in a heated exchange with each other. A footage showed that both Jonny Bairstow and Tamim didn’t let go of their handshake before engaging in an argument which prompted Stokes to push Tamim to his left and get involved.
Here is the video of that incident:

With the tour already marred by several poor incidents, the all-rounder has created another controversy after refusing to shake hands with a Bangladeshi player during his team’s practice game against Bangladesh Cricket Board XI. The Englishman first pretended to offer his hands towards the player but when the player forwarded his hand for the same, Stokes pulled his hands back and went to the umpire instead. But fortunately, the batsman did not react and went out of the ground.
