Video: Virat Kohli's Unfortunate Dismissal Against England In Rajkot Test 1

India’s strong charge to England’s massive first innings total in the Rajkot Test was dealt a huge blow early on the fourth day when their captain Virat Kohli was dismissed in the most unfortunate of ways.

Resuming the day on 319 for 4, Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane started the fourth day on a positive note and added 30 runs for the fifth wicket in no time. And just when it looked like both the batsmen had settled down, Rahane was clean bowled by Zafar Ansari. 12 runs later, India suffered a bigger blow when their star batsman Virat Kohli was out hit wicket. Trying to pull a short delivery from Adil Rashid by going on the backfoot, Kohli went too deep inside the crease and although he hit the ball to mid-wicket, his left leg hit the stumps to dislodge the bails. England wicket-keeper Jonny Bairstow was the first to notice it and appealed it straight away. After referring to the third umpire, the Indian captain was given out.

Here is the video of that dismissal:
