Video: Yuvraj Singh Hits Three Sixes In A Row In Syed Musthaq Ali Trophy 1

India’s Yuvraj Singh is known for his devastating batting as he is one of the most elegant batsman the game has ever seen in the limited-overs format.

Dubbed as the greatest match-winner for India ever, Yuvraj Singh takes the attack to the opposition in the most difficult of situations and Wednesday was no different. Having needed 52 from last three overs to win the game for North Zone, Yuvraj, who had come in the last few overs, decided to take the charge to the bowler.

After Stuart Broad, Saeed Ajmal, Chris Jordan in international cricket, Aniket Choudary became the latest to join the list of bowlers who faced the wrath of Yuvi’s six-hitting. Having needed more than 17 runs per over, the onus was on him to deliver on a difficult pitch.

The southpaw flicked the first ball over deep square leg. The second ball was a near replay as he deposited it into the stands with so much ease. With pressure on him, Aniket bowled a wide before being taken to cleaners over mid-wicket for the third successive time.

Yuvraj Singh then later tried to hit another six on the last ball of the over but was caught in the deep.

Despite his quick-fire knock, North Zone failed to cross the target as they fell short by four runs.
