The skipper of the Indian National Cricket Team Virat Kohli was sanctioned with challan for the use of drinking water to wash his cars. The neighbours of the Indian captain has made the complaint against Virat Kohli for the wrong usage of water.

The Water scarcity has always been a major problem for India, especially, in the northern part of the country. Meanwhile, the workers of Virat Kohli are using the drinking water to wash the cars of Virat Kohli. The Indian skipper got more than a dozen cars, which uses a lot of water for the wash on a regular basis.

Virat Kohli was fined for the wrong usage of water:

Despite being warned, they continued to wash the cars with the drinking water, which didn’t do well with the neighbours of the Indian skipper. For the same, they lodged a complaint to the municipal corporation.

The officials of the Gurgaon Municipal Corporation made a visit to the house of Virat Kohli at the DLF Phase 1. They found the same being repeated by the helpers of the Indian skipper.

The authorities arrived at his residence when Kohli’s domestic help was washing the car with drinking water, reports DNA. Furthermore, Gurugram municipal corporation has levied fines on ten other residences.

Currently, Virat Kohli is on the national duty leading the Indian National Cricket Team in the ongoing ICC World Cup 2019. Under his captaincy, the Indian team already sealed a victory against South African when Rohit Sharma knocked a brilliant century.

In the next assignment, they will take on Australian team on June 9th, which is expected to be a cracker of the contest. The game will be followed by the match against New Zealand and then against the arch-rivals Pakistan on June 16th at Manchester.
