MS Dhoni is being missed by the fans in the field. He has not been seen in grounds since the World Cup 2019 as he took a two-month break. Everybody was waiting to see him in the upcoming T20I series against South Africa but he made himself unavailable. Since then, speculations are being made whether he will play the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2020. Meanwhile, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli shared a picture of him and Dhoni of last T20 world cup.
It is to seem that the Indian team is also missing the player as Virat Kohli shared his picture from the match against Australia of T20 World Cup 2016. He memorised the way Dhoni had made him run between the wickets.
Australia set the target of 161 runs but the Indian batsmen had not a good start. All the three Top-order batsmen were just out in 49 runs. 94 for 4, Kohli and Dhoni were in the field, Kohli’s performance in the field was just outstanding as he scored 82* runs in 51 balls. India finally won that match by six wickets.
He shared that moment on Instagram and captioned it saying –

The team is preparing for the upcoming T20 World Cup next year. Dhoni will be present in the T20 World Cup is the question. He hasn’t played a match after the World Cup 2019 and his unavailability is raising the question of his retirement. In December 2014, Dhoni suddenly announced his retirement from Test Cricket which left everyone in shock. Will he repeat the same thing, breaking the hearts of Indian fans or continue to represent his country??
