Coronavirus break has worried players for keeping their fitness up to the mark. Furthermore, Indian cricketers have not played any competitive match for the past five months. So, it is being stated that they would need a three to four weeks preparation period to get back themselves in the groove. However, there is one player who has set an example of maintaining his fitness during the extended break. Yes, the Indian captain — Virat Kohli.

The flamboyant batsman has posted several workout videos on his Instagram account, inspiring others to not lose hope and work on their body during the depressing times.

Virat Kohli is probably the fittest cricketer of the modern era. His fitness is the X-factor which sets him apart from the other players. The flamboyant cricketer is not only the best batsman but also counted among great fielders. He believes in giving his 110% when in the field.

With a fit body, Kohli has taken unbelievable catches. The latest one being is when Kohli formed the shadow of running cheetah while taking Marnus Labuschagne‘s catch in the third ODI in January this year.

In the latest video shared by Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli, he can be seen running on a treadmill as he flaunts his abs. There can be no doubt that the aggressive player has maintained his fitness ahead of the IPL 2020.

The 13th edition of the IPL will commence from 19 September in UAE. The final of the much-awaited league will be played on 10th November.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli led RCB is yet to grab the hands on the coveted IPL trophy. Under his captaincy, RCB has reached the grand finale of the tournament in 2016 but face defeat against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

In the last edition, the Challengers finished at the bottom of the points table though they have star performers like Dale Steyn, AB de Villiers, Yuzvendra Chahal and other young guns.

However, this edition Virat Kohli would be raring to guide his team to victory.
