The former dashing opener of Indian cricket team Virender Sehwag, who is very much active on social media site Twitter nowadays has bashed the U.K. based journalist Piers Morgan for his derogatory comments on India. Piers Morgan took a jibe on India by tweeting this
Soon he started getting replies from Indians who hit back at him for his comments but Virender Sehwag was the one who came up with an epic reply. He tweeted that
1,200,000,000 people and not a single Gold medal at the Olympics?
Come on India, this is shameful.
Put the bunting away & get training.— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) August 24, 2016
Sehwag bashed Morgan black and blue in his own style.
We cherish every small happiness’,
But Eng who invented Cricket,&yet2win a WC,still continue to playWC.Embarrassing? https://t.co/0mzP4Ro8H9— Virender Sehwag (@virendersehwag) August 24, 2016
We know that it in was England where cricket was originated, still the team is yet to win a world cup. In fact, it was England who hosted first three world cups, still, they are empty handed, still gazing the trophy from a distance. The Indian team bashed the England team in the semi final of 1983 world cup to qualify for the finals to win against West Indies at the historic Lords Ground.
This is not the first time when a person of U.K. has tried to take a jibe on India as few years ago Nasser Husain, the former captain of England cricket team tried to make fun of Indian football team but Harsha Bhogle who was sitting alongside him in the commentary box came up with an epic answer which left Nasser Hussain thinking whether he has done a mistake by saying this?
Nasser said Nasser Hussain: “When can I see India playing in a football World Cup?” (this was during 2014 FIFA World Cup)
Harsha Bhogle : “It’s better not to participate rather than getting knocked out in the first round.”
Boom! This was an epic reply on the face of Hussain.
The people of U.K. especially England are really jealous of the success of India in field of sports. They are themselves on verge of a grand fall due to #Brexit. So it’s better they should mind their own business rather than sneaking into others business.
