With exams around the corner, it’s testing time for both parents and teenagers, as pressure and expectations to excel are mounting. With its new campaign, ‘No More Pressurepanti, Only Pagalpanti’, Mirinda, brings forth the sentiments of these teens and parents alike, and urges everyone to pledge to ‘Release the Pressure’.
Lending voice to a cause that matters to Indian teenagers, cricketer Virender Sehwag showed his support on Twitter, while actor Malaika Arora Khan and Rana Daggubati showed their support through social media, as they pledged to #ReleaseThePressure and called upon their followers to do the same.
Earlier, film critic Anupama Chopra pledged her support to #ReleaseThePressure on twitter as she shared a poem penned by her young author daughter, Zuni Chopra on the pressure teens face during exams.
Known for his witty tweets, Virender Sehwag dished out advice, metaphorically relating cricket to board exams!
Board exams are like Cricket matches. I never played under any pressure. You should not too.#ReleaseThePressure https://t.co/WPu4Ld2xHN pic.twitter.com/mEyWbc1raE
