I want to play a Test match against India and Ashwin: Yasir Shah
The Pakistan leg-spinner, Yasir Shah, who just became the fastest Asian and second fastest overall bowler to scalp 100 wickets in Test cricket has said that he want a match against Indian team as he wishes to ball against Indian batsmen
“Every Pakistani and Indian player has this wish to play against each other,” said Shah. “I have not played a Test against India so it’s my wish.”
His comments have come after achieving the milestone during the pink/ball day-night Test match against West Indies. The Indian off-spinner R. Ashwin praised Yasir Shah on Twitter for his achievement
Just a little late I guess, but very well done @Shah64Y.Double it up now.??

Speaking on this wishes from R Ashwin, Yasir said “Yes, he had said good luck so I am thankful,”It’s naturally motivating when a great bowler who is second fastest to 200 tweets a good luck message and it’s really a great motivation for me.”

Yasir has been a late comer in the national team as he made his Test debut at the age 28 in the year 2014 but he has taken giant strides since his debut and has now become the spearhead of Pakistan spin team. He had a competition with Zulfiqar Babar for the one spot and with his brilliant performance, he sealed that spot for himself. Yasir was an instrumental during Pakistan tour of ENgand as he started the tour with a 10 wicket haul at Lord’s. He ended the series with 19 wickets to his name in four Test matches. He continued his Test form in U.A.E. as well taking a fifer n the second inning so the game a becoming fastest Asin to scalp 100 wickets in Test.

Surely, he will face a tough competition from R Ashwin who will be playing 10 more Test matches at home in next 6 months but no one can write off Yasir as well.
There will be a tough competition between the two spinners.
