Pakistan were the underdogs as India was the favorites to defend their Champions Trophy title. However, the Men in Green were able to turn the tide on the day when it mattered the most.
In fact, Pakistan was able to win by the gargantuan margin of 180 runs which is the largest victory between these two teams. Fakhar Zaman was the hero for Pakistan as the southpaw scored a fine hundred to get his side in the commanding position.
