David Warner will be looking to bounce back in the upcoming three-match ODI series against Team India after his horror show in the Tests against the same opposition.
David Warner arrived in India around a month ago under a lot of pressure because of his poor record with the bat in Tests in subcontinent and his recent failures in red-ball cricket. And he did very little to lift the pressure off himself. The southpaw looked like a pale shadow of his usual self before an elbow injury brought a premature end to his Test series.
He was ruled out of the series after sustaining an elbow injury while batting in the second Test in Delhi. Before that injury, he was having a tough time with the bat in Tests in India once again. David Warner played knocks of 1, 10 and 15 in three innings as Australia suffered crushing defeats in both the games.

The failures in India only extended David Warner’s recent struggles in the longest format of the game. Barring the double-century against South Africa in the Boxing Day Test in December, the Australia star has not played any big knock in Tests in recent months. In his last 15 Tests innings, he has crossed the 50-run score just once which was the double century.

While David Warner has faced severe criticism in recent times for his batting in Tests, it looks like it has not affected him much. The opening batsman looked in a cheerful mood as he played cricket with kids as well as some men in the streets of Mumbai. In the video, Warner could be seen batting, much to the delight of the others.
