Virat Kohli rarely shies away from showing emotions on the field. He has faced the heat on several occasions for his on-field approach but there is little denying that the India skipper has made a name for himself with his aggressive personality while playing the game. Recently, he was all over the news for all the wrong reasons. Kohli was slammed for his aggressive antics in the second Test against Australia.
But it made little difference as Kohli has been looking his usual self in the ongoing third Test. From throwing verbal volleys, encouraging his teammates in an aggressive manner, Kohli has not shied away from taking the centre stage once again. But in one of those moments, he ended up hurling an expletive. The incident occurred in the 65th over of the innings. Japrit Bumrah bowled a rising delivery to Mitchell Starc. The Australian pacer wanted to tuck it to the on-side but failed. Consequently, the ball clipped his inside edge and popped up in the air near Hanuma Vihari who was standing at short leg.
And as soon as the ball landed in no man’s land, the camera focused towards Kohli who looked frustrated and said the ‘B’ word. Well, it was not at all clear whether Kohli was angry with Vihari for not going for the catch or was cursing the bad luck after the ball landed safely.
Here is a clip of the same:

Australia, meanwhile, ended the day on 258 for 8 while chasing 399. It looked like the game would end on day four itself after India reduced the hosts to 215 for 8. However, an unbeaten 43-run stand between Pat Cummins, who has completed his fifty, and Nathan Lyon helped Australia take the game to the final day.
